Is this a genuine Roborock?

Yes. It's the genuine Roborock Q10 S5+ with the RockDock Plus auto-empty dock, sold and shipped by myNervea.

Can it vacuum and mop in the same clean?

Yes. Fit the mop module and it vacuums and mops together. The mop lifts automatically on carpet, so your rugs stay dry.

How often do I need to empty it?

The dock empties the robot after each clean into a large dust bag. Roborock's testing puts that at up to 7 weeks before the bag needs changing, depending on your home and how often you clean.

Is it good with pet hair?

It's designed for it. The JawScrapers comb main brush and anti-tangle side brush cut down on hair wrapping, and 10,000 Pa suction lifts hair from carpet and floor gaps.

Will it work on carpets and rugs?

Yes. Auto Boost turns the suction up when it reaches carpet, and the mop lifts so carpet doesn't get wet.

I live over two floors. Will it remember both?

Yes. LiDAR navigation builds a map of each floor and stores up to 4 maps.

How long does the battery last?

Do I need the app?
